Gain Willing Cooperation
You've been working on implementing the GAIN WILLING COOPERATION principles (10-21). Tell us for 2 minutes about an incident in which you applied one of these principles and what happened. End it with the action you'd like us to take and the benefit to us if we do!

Influence Others
